1. Recurring billing model
Recurring billing starts only after the customer selects a paid plan and a payment method in Settings and explicitly agrees, with no box pre-checked, to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, the billed amount (VAT included), and the start date and billing interval. Submitting is not itself a completed payment — the charge is confirmed only after the payment provider's (NICEPAY) approval.
Changing an already-subscribed plan applies the new price starting the next billing cycle. When the first cycle begins because a free trial ends mid-month, that cycle is prorated for the remaining calendar days; every cycle after that is billed on the 1st.
If a charge fails, it may be retried during a 7-day grace period; if payment is not completed within that period the workspace reverts to the Free plan. A charge that is still being processed or whose result is unknown is not eligible for retry.
The “payment status” and legacy payment history shown in settings are display-only records marked by the operator, are distinct from the actual charge results above, and do not affect usage allowances.
2. How to cancel
- Cancelling recurring billing under Settings > 결제 & 요금제 stops future charges only. Access continues through the period already paid for, and cancellation does not delete the registered payment method.
- A general owner's plan change is made only through cancelling and re-enrolling recurring billing above, not through the admin-only legacy plan override.
- Delete the workspace to end use of the Service entirely. Deleting a workspace also deletes its order, deposit, and matching data.
3. Free trial
No fee is charged during the 14-day Ultra free trial granted when a workspace is created, and cancelling during the trial incurs no cost.
4. Scope of refunds and where to enquire
Cancelling recurring billing only stops future charges; a charge that has already been authorized and completed is not refunded without a separate refund request. Access already paid for continues until the end of that period.
An automatic downgrade to Free after a failed payment's grace period does not itself trigger a refund, because no charge was completed.
Requests for a refund or adjustment arising from a service failure or other individual circumstance, and enquiries about the statutory rights below, can be sent to the customer service phone and support email published in the footer and in the operator information block at the end of this document; the operator reviews each request individually.
5. Prior notice of changes to recurring terms
If the billed amount, billing interval, grace period, cancellation method, or any other recurring-billing term set out in this section changes, it will be announced in the Service and reflected in a revision of this policy before it takes effect.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit the withdrawal or refund rights guaranteed to customers by applicable consumer protection law.
