1. Recurring billing consents
Recurring billing starts only after the customer selects a paid plan and payment method under Settings > 결제 & 요금제 and explicitly agrees to each of: the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy; the billed amount (VAT included); the start date and billing interval; and these Recurring Payment Terms. No consent is presented pre-checked.
Agreeing and submitting is not itself a completed payment. The charge is confirmed only after the payment provider's (NICEPAY) approval.
2. Amount and billing interval
The billed amount is the sum of the selected plan price and any add-on price (VAT included), matching the amount shown in Settings before enrollment.
Recurring charges begin no earlier than 2026-10-01 00:00 (KST); no payment method is charged before that time. Billing occurs once a month, on the 1st.
When the first billing cycle begins because a free trial ends mid-month, that cycle is prorated for the remaining calendar days; every cycle after that bills the full amount on the 1st.
Changing an already-subscribed plan applies the new price starting the next billing cycle; the current cycle's amount is unchanged.
3. Failed payment and grace period
A failed charge gets a 7-day grace period during which a retry may be attempted. During that period, the plan in effect immediately before the failure (the free-trial plan, if the customer was still on trial) remains in effect — the newly selected paid plan is not automatically granted without a successful charge.
If payment is not completed within the grace period, the workspace reverts to the Free plan.
A charge that is still being processed or whose result is unknown is not eligible for retry; check again after the result is known.
4. Cancellation
A customer may cancel recurring billing at any time in Settings. Cancellation stops future charges only; access already paid for continues through the end of that period.
Cancelling recurring billing does not delete the registered payment method. Removing a payment method is a separate action in Settings.
5. Changes and contact
If the billed amount, billing interval, grace period, cancellation method, or any other term set out in these terms changes, it will be announced in the Service and reflected in a revision of these terms before it takes effect.
Questions about recurring billing can be sent to the customer service phone and support email published in the footer and in the operator information block at the end of this document.
